From today, we will not take any action for support calls and complaints without the correct hand number the incident has happened during the play. Even if you get disconnected or frozen the screen will be there so please write down your hand number for your complaint as from today on our support will NOT ANSWER support calls without correct hand number. Giving wrong or false hand numbers will result in disciplinary action for the account holder and call will not be answered.

Please do not submit a support call if you do not have the correct hand number for the hand the incident has happened.

- Player with highest number of hands played per day receives 30,000 Load.

- Player with highest number of hands lost will receive 10,000 Load at the end of the day

- Player playing the most number of hands per day will receive 10,000 Load

- Player with most hands played on the Free Tables will receive 5,000 Load

- Players with 2500 or more hands played per month will receive 300,000 Load

- Players with 2000 or more hands played per month will receive 100,000 Load
