To ensure the integrity of our site and to protect other players, we at Playtongits.com do not allow certain forms of chat. Players using offensive chat will be subject to a chat warning and/or a suspension of their chat privileges or may be permanently banned for our site. Players must adhere to the following rules at all times:
- Username: Players may not choose obscene, racist, disrespectful, insulting and vulgar Usernames.
- Profanity: Players may not use profane, vulgar, racist, abusive, insulting & disrespectful language.
- Begging/Solicitation: Players may not beg or panhandle for chips. No solicitation is permitted at any time.
- Play Money Chip Sales: Players are not permitted to engage in any chat regarding the sale of Playtongits.com play money chips. Any such discussion, including the offer to buy or sell play money will be subject to warning and/or revocation.
- Flooding: The sending of multiple and frequent messages to the chat window in order to drown out legitimate chat will not be tolerated and will result in warning and/or revocation.
- Non-English Chat: Tongits is a Filipino game played primarily by Filipinos around the world. Therefore, players may chat in Tagalog. The only other accepted language for chat is English.
- Players may not get engaged in retaliatory chat; as this will likely result in both users’ chat privileges and accounts being suspended.
- Players shall respond to the Playtongits support personnel and/or Chat Administrators when contacted, shall be respectful and refrain from using abusive and profane language when responding to the Playtongits support personnel and/or Chat Administrators.
What should one do if someone is abusing the chat feature?
Players may report an abuse of our chat rules by clicking on the “Report” button. Players shall only use the “Report” button for good reason and shall refrain from using it for no reason or just for fun.
Players violating any of the above rules and/or making false claims and demands regarding chip loss will be suspended or permanently banned from “Playtongits.com”.
We encourage players to help us ensuring a safe and comfortable chat atmosphere. Although we monitor the tables as much as possible, the cooperation of our players is a critical part of making Playtongits.com remain a fun experience for all.
